Pricing & Billing

Operyn uses a Per-Monitored-Service billing model designed to scale with your engineering team's needs. We do not charge per seat; all plans include unlimited users and team members.

Billing Model

  • Per-Monitored-Service: You only pay for the unique services Operyn discovers and monitors in your infrastructure.
  • Flexible Intervals: All plans support Monthly and Yearly billing. Yearly plans are priced at 10x the monthly rate, effectively giving you 2 months free.

Pricing Tiers

We offer three distinct tiers tailored to different organization sizes and security requirements.

1. Starter Plan (Cloud SaaS)

Target: Startups and small engineering teams.

  • Price: $249 / month (or $2,490 / year).
  • Service Limit: Up to 5 unique monitored services.
  • Data Retention: 7 days of incident and telemetry history.
  • Key Features:
    • Standard AI Diagnosis.
    • Manual Remediation (1-click execution from the dashboard).
    • Basic RBAC (Admin/Member roles).
    • Slack and Email notifications.

2. Pro Plan (Cloud SaaS)

Target: Mid-market engineering teams requiring automation and longer retention.

  • Price: $799 / month (or $7,990 / year).
  • Service Limit: Includes 15 monitored services.
  • Overage: $40 / month (or $400 / year) per additional service beyond 15.
  • Data Retention: 30 days of history.
  • Key Features:
    • Everything in Starter, plus:
    • Fully Automated Remediation (Unlock safety policies and automated approval gates).
    • Predictive Detection (AI forecasting of potential incidents).
    • Automated Postmortems (AI-generated incident summaries).
    • 5-Persona RBAC (Viewer, Responder, Operator, Admin, Owner).
    • Integrations: Jira, Discord, Webhooks, Change Insight.

3. Enterprise Plan (Self-Hosted / Hybrid)

Target: Large Enterprises with strict InfoSec requirements or VPC deployments.

  • Price: Custom (Starting at $3,500 / month or $40,000 / year).
  • Service Limit: Unlimited services (Customer pays for their own infrastructure costs).
  • Key Features:
    • Everything in Pro, plus:
    • Bring Your Own LLM (BYO-LLM): Connect to your private OpenAI, Azure, or Bedrock endpoints.
    • SOC2-ready audit exports.
    • Enterprise SSO (SAML / OIDC).
    • Dedicated Support and Deployment assistance.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your plan, view usage, and download invoices directly from the Settings > Billing section of the Operyn Dashboard.

  • Upgrade Options: You can upgrade from Starter to Pro or switch between Monthly and Yearly billing at any time.
  • Usage Monitoring: The dashboard provides real-time tracking of how many services are currently being monitored against your plan's limit.
  • Overage: For Pro plans, any services monitored beyond the included 15 will be billed at the standard overage rate in the next billing cycle.
